Give Food

One food donation can contribute to fighting hunger in Jackson.

Donated food is an integral part of our work to serve our neighbors that are struggling with food insecurity and hunger. We do not purchase food, so donations from individuals, groups, companies and retail industries are vital to our ability to provide meals to those in our community.

Host a Food Drive

If you’re looking to make an impact, sign up to host a food drive—it’s easy and fun. Food drives are a simple but powerful way to gather needed foods and contributions for hunger relief across our community.

Any individual or group—be it a school, business, community group or church—can create a successful food drive. Take action and help fight hunger in our community!

We have made it simple to run your own successful food drive by simply following our Food Drive Guide. Check out the tools in the kit to find out how!

How to donate food:

  • 1Bring your donation to the Donation Door located on the left side building, next to the mural.
  • 2Ring the doorbell and we’ll help unload your car.

  • 4Smile knowing you helped feed West Tennessee.

Why donate to RIFA?

Supporting RIFA and the Snack Backpack ministry allows the community to contribute to the kids on a daily basis—It is the community saying that we are investing in our kids.
