18th Annual Gold’s Gym/Fleet Feet Turkey Day 5K to Benefit RIFA

Join us this Thanksgiving at the 18th annual Gold’s Gym/Fleet Feet Turkey Day 5k! As the holiday quickly approaches, we encourage you to make plans with your family and friends to spend the morning at this great event. Thanks to the generosity of Gold’s Gym and Fleet Feet, all proceeds benefit RIFA. 

The race begins at 8a.m. with the start and finish line at Gold’s Gym, located on Vann Drive, in Jackson, Tenn. This is a chip-timed, standard 5K and all participants will receive a long-sleeved t-shirt. Run or walk the event with the people you are thankful for this holiday season.

Last year there were over 600 participants. This year over 700 participants are anticipated. Registration is $30 – the fee will increase to $35 for registrations on Thanksgiving day.  Once registered, you may pick up your race packet at Gold’s Gym at the following times: 

• Tuesday, November 22, noon to 6:00p.m.
• Wednesday, November 23, 10:00a.m. to 6:00p.m. 
• Thursday, November 24, 6:30a.m. to 7:45a.m.  

RIFA is so thankful for the donations received from this event. Because of the support of our community, we are able to continue to reach out with the love of Christ to provide spiritual and physical nourishment.
